Access Justice is here to serve—by filling the huge gap of unmet legal needs of ordinary and under-represented people, families, small businesses and nonprofit organizations who, until now, have rarely been able to afford quality legal services.
With fees never more than $99 per hour and a focus on Proactive Legal Services, Access Justice professionals answer questions, offer counsel, draft and review documents, provide valuable tools and resources for self-help, and settle disputes, helping clients avoid costly legal battles. Our non-litigious approach is designed to solve problems efficiently and save clients’ time and money. By staying out of court as much as possible, we help clients protect what is rightfully theirs and achieve their goals at minimal cost. However, when necessary or appropriate, our trained professionals will aggressively pursue or protect our clients’ rights through litigation.
Life’s important decisions, such as those involving people’s homes, health care, credit and critically needed support, often have hidden pitfalls. Not reviewing these issues and seeking assistance from a qualified professional can have disastrous consequences. Small businesses and organizations may encounter even more unforeseen problems if they are forced to carry out their efforts without legal advice.
